" Decarbonization of district heating systems " on June 28 2023, I consent to the free, multiple and indefinite recording and dissemination on the territory of the Republic of Poland and beyond its borders, my image captured in photos taken as part of the seminar's promotional and archiving activities, on the website and through any other media / distribution channels of information about the conference.
At the same time, I declare that the use of these photos does not constitute a breach of my personal rights and I hereby waive all claims (existing and future), including remuneration to the Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery for the use of my image for the purposes specified in the statement.
