We would like to kindly inform you that the Foundation for the Development of the Education System – National Agency for the Erasmus+ Programme and the European Solidarity Corps has approved the application submitted by the Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery of the Polish Academy of Sciences for the implementation of staff and doctoral student mobility under the action ‘Mobility of students and university staff between programme countries’.
The start of the KA131 2023 project has made it possible to open a call for applications for staff training trips and doctoral student internship trips.
The call for applications will remain open until all places are filled.

In accordance with the Regulations for the ERASMUS+ Program at the Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery Polish Academy of Sciences (IMP PAN) 2021-2027 training mobility of PhD students, research and administrative employees, I announce recruitment for short-term training mobility of the IMP PAN employees and PhD students.
The training mobility must be completed by July 31, 2025.

Please write "ERASMUS_employee" as the subject of the e-mail.

The application of an IMP PAN employee should include the following documents:

  • a document describing the requested training mobility (subject, partner institution, purpose) - document in English;
  • a document (certificate) confirming the knowledge of a foreign language (at least at B2 level), in which classes will be conducted at the host institution. If you do not have a certificate, please attach an application for the appointment of an examination committee confirming your knowledge of the language;
  • a draft of an individual training plan, which will be a part of the Staff Mobility for Training Mobility Agreement - document in English
  • confirmation from the Director of the TSD PAN that you gave a minimum of 2 hours of lectures at the TSD PAN (does not apply to administrative staff)

The application of PhD student should include the following documents:

  • a document describing the requested training mobility (subject, partner institution, purpose) in relation to his/her Individual Research Plan - document in English;
  • positive supervisor’s/supervisors’ opinion including a reference to the Individual Research Plan of the PhD student;
  • a document (certificate) confirming the knowledge of a foreign language (at least at B2 level), in which classes will be conducted at the host institution. If you do not have a certificate, please attach an application for the appointment of an examination committee confirming your knowledge of the language;
  • list of scientific achievements

Details regarding the implementation of the project are included in the Regulations.
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
