Abstract
A theoretical analysis has been conducted of motion of a larminar liquid film induced by the impingement of a gaseous jet with droplets on a flat surface. Splitting of the Newtonian liquid on the surface is caused by the motion of gas a flowing under a plessure gradient over the liquid film. A theoretical model of the phenomenon and a method of solving have been postulatecl. The obtained results have been compared with the experimental data of other authors.
