Abstract
In the work presented are the considerations of the influence of the design parameters of the probe for the dew point temperature measurements on its static and dynamic charactelistics. The analysis is based on the solution of the differential equation describing the probe dynamics. From the presented analysis it results that the biggest influence on the probe dynamics comes from the mass of the probe radiator and the heat transfer to surroundings. The mass of the probe membrane and the gap between the membrane and the heater have smaller influence. The static response is governed by the steady-state part of the solution. The influence of other probe parameters on temperature measurements is also presented.
