Abstract
The development of a control system of the courses of thermal processes and the selection of the magnitudes commanding in these processes and dependent on the selected magnitudes of the signals controlling the operation of the block is the basic problem connected with the automation of power blocks. The direct technological connection of the turbo-set with the steam generator brings about the necessity of measurements and checking the mechanical, thermal and electrical magnitudes in the whole block.
The following quantities are measured and processed: the pressure of the thermodynamic media, the temperatures, the temperature diffefences, the rotational speed, the power rating, the vibrations, the eccentricity, the thermal elongation, the layout of mechanisms and the intensity of flow of the various media.
