Blade Defect Force Investigation in a Compressor Cascade
Abstract
The paper presents an experimental study of the blade defect forces in a compressor cascade end-wall boundary layer. The experiments were aimed at improving the generai understanding of the end-wall flow field and experimentally verifying the concepts and assumptions underlying the turbomachine integral boundary layer theory.
