It is already as soon as October 26th that the VIIth edition of Polish Hydropower Conference RENEXPO Poland will start its debate in Warsaw EXPO XXI premises. The Conference is organised jointly by the Szewalski Insti-tute of Fluid-Flow Machinery, the Polish Hydropower Association (TEW), Polish Association for Small Hydro-power Development (TRMEW), Commercial Section of the Norwegian Embassy in Warsaw and REECO Poland company.
This year event is closely linked with the 25th anniversary of establishing the TEW association. The honorary patronage over the Conference has been taken over by Mr Krzysztof Tchórzewski, Polish Minister of Energy, and Mr Mariusz Gajda, Undersecretary of State in the Polish Ministry of Environment. As before, the conference scope envisages a debate on the status of hydropower sector in view of current policy of Poland and other European countries as well as contributions on techno-scientific aspects of hydropower engineering.
