    Dr Pawel Kudela was born in 1979 in Wadowice, Poland. He studied computer mechanics at the Cracov University of Technology in years 1999-2004. In 2004 he obtained a master degree from the Department of Civil Engineering with specialization in the Computer Mechanics. In 2005 he started working at the Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery in Gdansk as a young research assistant. In 2009 he obtained a PhD. title in Mechanics from the same Institute and his PhD. thesis was awarded by the Head of the Institute Prof J. Mikielewicz. In 2016 he obtained habilitation degree. In 2019 he was appointed to the position of associate professor of the Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery, Polish Academy of Sciences.
