Abstract

The aim of the paper is to find reasonable simplifications of the simulation models of pressure transients in complicated networks. The pressure wave can propagate along various ways from the source of disturbance to the point of observation. The pressure oscillations at the point of observation are determined by the number of these ways. A digital simulation has been used to investigate the influence of the network structure on its dynamical performance.
