WASTEMAN project meeting with polish partners in IMP PAN
On 31 October IMP PAN organized workshop for polish partners.
During the meeting M. Piasecki made presentations and discussed issues related to Project management procedures with particular emphasis on the principles of reporting and project settlement, Principles of project management - including communication principles, project monitoring and project availability in EU programs. During the presentation, the participants were asking questions on a regular basis and there was a discussion regarding the above mentioned aspects in regards to the WASTEMAN project implementation.
Next A. Sawicka conducted initial training on the use of the SL2014 system including basic program modules, i.e. correspondence, payment claim, project staff, payment schedules, etc.

Participants expressed their satisfaction with the opportunity to discuss practical issues related to the organization of the WASTEMAN project and after exhausting the topics, M. Piasecki summed up, the discussion and ended the meeting.
