Main goals of the BEEC Regional Network Point on Bioenergy:
- bioenergy promotion through stimulation of contacts between biomass market stakeholders
(through meetings/consultations, seminars, workshops);
- consultations for partners interested to invest in the bioenergy technologies development,
possibilities of networking and "business match-making" for actors from the bioenergy market;
- activities related to building bioenergy awareness among local policy makers and politicians;
establishing new strategies for energy market in the region;
In a long term perspective, BEEC Regional Network Point on Bioenergy aims to:
- increase the ecological awareness;
- improve environment in the region;
- activate residents of rural areas (job creation);
