Mirosław Dors received the M.Sc. degree in chemistry from the Technical University of Gdańsk, Poland, PhD degree in technical sciences from the Institute of Fluid Flow Machinery, Polish Academy of Sciences, Gdańsk, Poland, and D.Sc. from Warsaw Technical University, in 1993, 2000, and 2009, respectively. Currently he is the Head of the Department of Water and Air Cleaning.
He is co-author of over 80 scientific papers and conference communications concerning experimental and modelling contributions to the technology of non-thermal plasma removal of NOx and hydrocarbons from flue gases, decomposition of high-concentration hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons and freons using microwave torch plasma at atmospheric pressure, and water cleaning using electrical discharges.
